What are reference standards and why are they important?
Reference standards are high-purity compounds used to verify the identity, purity, and performance of analytical instruments and test methods.
They provide a traceable benchmark for ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in HPLC, LC-MS, and GC analyses.
Are Hipsoul standards certified and traceable?
Yes. Every Hipsoul product is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA), including full chromatographic and spectrometric data (HPLC, LC-MS, and when applicable, NMR).
All batches are produced under ISO/IEC 17025 and GMP-compliant procedures for maximum traceability.
How pure are Hipsoul reference standards?
Most standards are available in ≥ 95 % to 99 % purity, depending on compound type.
Each batch is analyzed using validated analytical methods to ensure consistent results and batch-to-batch reliability.
What analytical methods can I use with Hipsoul standards?
Hipsoul reference standards are fully compatible with:
HPLC / UPLC / LC-MS / GC-MS systems
Major instrument platforms (Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, Thermo Fisher, etc.)
Typical mobile-phase solvents and buffer systems used in regulated QC labs
Can Hipsoul synthesize custom compounds or impurities?
Yes. Our R&D team provides custom synthesis and analytical support for new impurity standards or rare compounds not currently in stock.
Simply email your inquiry (including structure, CAS number, or target compound name) to sales@hipsoulab.com for a quotation.
What documentation is provided with each product?
Each shipment includes:
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
Technical Data Sheet (TDS) (if applicable)
All documents are batch-specific and traceable.
How should I store reference standards?
Storage conditions are printed on the COA and product label.
Typical conditions include:
Room temperature for most carbohydrate, vitamin, and amino-acid standards
2–8 °C or −20 °C for moisture- or light-sensitive compounds
Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles and always keep containers tightly sealed.
How fast can I receive my order?
For in-stock items: usually ships within 3–5 business days.
For custom synthesis orders: production typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.
We provide tracking and cold-chain options when necessary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Hipsoul ships worldwide under IATA and UN transport regulations for laboratory chemicals.
All products are packaged securely with appropriate temperature protection and documentation.
How can I request a quotation or technical consultation?
You can request a quotation directly via our contact form or by emailing sales@hipsoulab.com.
For technical questions, our analytical support team (QC chemists and formulation experts) will respond within 24 hours.
Are your products suitable for GMP or regulated environments?
Yes. All reference standards are produced, tested, and documented under ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems,
ensuring suitability for regulated environments such as pharmaceutical QC, CROs, and research institutions.
Can I get bulk packaging or institutional supply?
Yes. Bulk and institutional supply contracts are available for frequent laboratory users, CROs, or distributors.
